TES超導(dǎo)探測器的研發(fā)及應(yīng)用:(1)針對阿里原初引力波探測項(xiàng)目的需求,進(jìn)行毫米波段TES探測器的研發(fā),目標(biāo)是在我國首次實(shí)現(xiàn)原初引力波的探測,為宇宙起源的研究提供重要的觀測數(shù)據(jù);(2)針對高能射線譜儀的需求,進(jìn)行硬X射線、伽馬射線波段TES探測器的研發(fā),并探索潛在應(yīng)用方向,面向新的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行探測器整機(jī)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。

博士就讀于美國西北大學(xué)應(yīng)用物理系,主要工作是為美國阿貢國家實(shí)驗(yàn)室先進(jìn)光源研發(fā)高精度超導(dǎo)探測器。博士后期間,于美國國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)技術(shù)研究所進(jìn)行硬X射線超導(dǎo)探測器的研發(fā)。2022年入職高能物理研究所,主要工作為超導(dǎo)相變邊沿探測器(Transition-Edge Sensor,TES)的研發(fā)。2022年起,作為課題負(fù)責(zé)人參與科技部“引力波探測”重點(diǎn)專項(xiàng),領(lǐng)導(dǎo)宇宙微波背景輻射TES探測器的研發(fā),及焦平面探測器模塊的總裝。入選2022年度北京市“科技新星”計(jì)劃,主持硬X射線TES的研發(fā)。
1. 在研課題:中華人民共和國科學(xué)技術(shù)部國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃,“95/150GHz TES設(shè)計(jì)和焦平面模塊封裝研究”。
研究目標(biāo):完成毫米波TES探測器的研發(fā)和模塊總裝,為原初引力波的高靈敏探測提供核心探測器芯片。
2. 在研課題:北京市“科技新星”計(jì)劃,“硬 X 射線超導(dǎo)相變邊緣探測器”。
研究目標(biāo):完成20 keV~100 keV的TES探測器研發(fā),將其能量分辨率提升到半導(dǎo)體探測器的10倍以上,用于硬X射線、軟伽馬射線的高精度能譜測量。
